What is the automatic power outage of smart meters?

A key difference: What type of smart meter are you using?
Clarifying which payment model you belong to is the first step in solving the problem:
Prepaid users: Just like using mobile phone bills, pay first and then use electricity. Once the balance is exhausted, power will be cut off immediately. Most smart meters nowadays operate in this mode.
Post paid users: I used electricity this month and will pay again next month. If the payment is not made after 30 days of overdue collection, the power supply company will cut off the power according to the prescribed procedures.
Three Step Quick Self Inspection Guide
In the event of a power outage, don't worry, you can check in this order:
First, check your phone: flip through the text message to see if you have received a reminder of overdue fees or insufficient balance.
Looking at the smart meter again: Walk up to the meter and observe the screen and indicator lights.
Screen display: Is there a numerical value? Is there any alarm text/code such as "trip" or "ERR"?
Trip indicator light: If this light is on, it can be basically determined that the system has remotely issued a power outage command, and it is likely due to overdue payments.
Finally, take a look indoors: If the smart meter looks normal, then check if the main power switch in the house has tripped. If so, it may be an overload or a wiring issue.
